These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sbajee ("sbajee", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at sbajee.bio and its associated mobile web application (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. • You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by sbajee for breach of these Terms.
• You have not been designated a politically exposed person (PEP) who is prohibited from participating in online gambling.

You may hold only one account on the Platform at any time. Attempts to create multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances derived from gameplay during the period of duplicate registration.

During registration and at any subsequent point upon request, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. sbajee reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by sbajee may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sbajee username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use any other person's account.

sbajee strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password consisting of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable SMS one-time password (OTP) two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Never store your password in an unencrypted form on any device.

sbajee accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. sbajee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and approved Bangladesh bank transfers including accounts held with City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other partner institutions.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in your account dashboard at the time of request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and internal verification requirements.
• sbajee reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds a defined threshold or where account activity triggers a review under our security protocols.
• Funds deposited into your sbajee account may not be transferred to another sbajee account.
• sbajee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which sbajee bears no responsibility.

sbajee may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, seasonal promotions (such as Eid bonuses, BPL season offers, or Pohela Boishakh promotions), and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• sbajee reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, exploiting loopholes, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies solely to clear wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the time period specified in the offer terms.

All bets and wagers placed on the sbajee Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. General rules applicable across all products on the Platform include:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when the Platform displays a confirmation message. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical error or connectivity issues are not valid and no liability is accepted by sbajee.
• sbajee reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered due to a manifest error in odds or game settings, irrespective of whether the bet has been accepted and regardless of whether the event has concluded.
• In the event of a sports fixture being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of bet placement.
• For live casino games provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live), the rules and procedures of the respective studio shall govern game outcomes. sbajee acts as a distributor and accepts no liability for software malfunction originating with the game provider.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to official match result confirmations from recognised governing bodies (ICC, BCB). sbajee reserves the right to delay settlement pending official result confirmation.
• The use of any automated betting system, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance.

sbajee is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to supporting players who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties. The Platform provides the following tools, all available free of charge from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using software exploits, glitches, or technical errors to accumulate winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable.
• Engaging in "arbitrage" or "bonus hunting" strategies that exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing sbajee staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the sbajee Platform, including but not limited to the sbajee brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of sbajee or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of sbajee.

The sbajee Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sbajee disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

sbajee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data.
• Any technical malfunction, error, omission, interruption, deletion of files, or failure of network or electronic equipment.
• Any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond sbajee's reasonable control, including force majeure events, acts of government, civil unrest, or network outages.

sbajee collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your information is handled.

Your personal data is used primarily to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and where you have consented, to send you promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification requirements.

sbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity detected on the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legally binding instruction requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, sbajee reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending the outcome of any investigation, and may permanently forfeit balances where fraudulent activity is confirmed.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and sbajee arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. sbajee is committed to addressing player complaints fairly and in a timely manner.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. sbajee's decisions on matters of game outcome, bonus eligibility, and account status are final where made in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms.

sbajee may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
